My grandfather passed away this week. I am leaving with New York to be at the funeral. I swear I'll be back on Saturday! Love you all!

My Family's Pumpkin Bars
This is from my mom who got it from my aunt. One person told me that the pumpkin bars were like fluffy white pumpkin happiness. They said something like that.
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a cookie sheet.
Mix together:
4 Eggs
1 2/3 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Oil
1 15 oz can of pumpkin
Set aside.
Mix dry ingredients.
2 Cups Flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Baking Soda
Mix dry and wet ingredients. Bake at 350 for 20-25 min. Let cool!
Frosting.
6oz cream cheese (at room temp)
2 Tbsp Butter
2 tsp Vanilla
4 Cups Powdered Sugar
Whip it good.
Frost when cool. Add nuts if you wish! ENJOY! love, K

Halloween!
Franny had such a great Halloween! She was so enthusiastic about saying Trick or Treat! Himmy helped her organize her candy. Then she learned out to pick up candy with her toes and eat it! Yum. Happy Halloween!
