Ed 201

Here's some pictures of my education 201 class. I have to do 30 practicum hours in a school setting. I am a family and consumer science major but they don't have my curriculum in the schools here. Sad! I am doing my hours with the Junior High Art teacher. He has been teaching for over 20 years. His class room is way fun and I am learning a lot about teaching! Enjoy! Love, K

Pandora: Free Online Radio

I love this web site! Simply type in your favorite artist and it creates a whole play list of that artist and artist similar to their style. I love Jamie Cullum. If you're in a folksong mood try Kate Rusby. Try it out!

The Stay at home DAD!

I am back in school. Himmy is home with the girls a lot more now. Here's a typical day. He has planned out his day with Microsoft outlook. Every 20 min it tells him to switch Franny's activity.

Lauryn Thought it was a Kite

Spaghetti Night. So I usually cut up her noodles so she can swallow them without choking. I missed this one....

Mom! This is for you!

My mom saw this in Martha Stewart Living. She was trying to show me what the family tree looked like. I found this on her web site. I love it! so cute and easy.

Himmy's Art 121 Class

Himmy got a Wacom Cintique drawing monitor from his dad this Christmas. Here's one of the first drawings he's done on it. He had to draw an interesting subject for his class this week.

Update!

Don't worry we are all alive and well. We have pretty much stopped blogging. Mainly because we are both in school. Bryan is going 3/4 time until he graduates and I am going full time. We don't have much extra time to blog anymore. Maybe a weekly update? or every two week update? Anyway, I am loving my classes and I appreciate the fact that Bryan can stay home with the girls. I know I wouldn't be in school if they had to go to day care. I am taking an Early Childhood Development class, Nutrition, Teaching, Psych, and an Interior/Exterior design class. My major is Family and Consumer Science education. As for Bryan he is now studying Virtual Design Technology. He is a big fish in a small but highly looked upon, "pond". He is loving it. I don't know if we will make it through. We are trying our best! Bryan told me that I am going to graduate. I believe him and I know he will help push me through! I know that you'll believe me when I tell you that my prayers have gotten so much better. It's sad but true. I need the Lord's help so much everyday. I know that he has given me so much strength already and will continue to do so.
We hope you all are doing well.
Love, K

Our Christmas Vacation

I think I would be in big trouble if I didn't post today. I think it's been way to long. So, here's our "Vacation" in picture form. We were gone for almost 3 weeks. We stayed at 4 different houses. We are still tired! We had a wonderful time! We saw Himmy's brother come from his mission, we saw our best friends, we saw grandparents, parents, siblings, cousins, friends, and Santa. We loved getting away and being with our family. We barely made it home with all our stuff. We hope that you all had a wonderful Christmas season. Love, the Foutch Familiy
