Spring Break
For spring break we went to visit our parents in Spokane. Is was so beautiful one day that we had to take the kids out to downtown Spokane. They LOVED it. I love the photo of my dad sitting on the toy airplane. He builds awesome electric planes and has always loved them since he was young. I just think its cute how he just gravitates to them! Lauryn and Brooklyn loved sitting by the river and watching the ducks go by. It was so relaxing.

Table and Chairs
Here's my new table and chairs. I stripped the table and painted it white. Krystal found me the four matching chairs at a yard sale for $10. When I got them home they had a blue stripe pattern on the cushions. I took that layer off and found the awesome mustard vinyl underneath. Which I kinda like. At least I don't have to worry about reupholstering them soon. I love how everything turned out. It sure saved me a lot of money doing everything myself.

Easter Dresses
When my parents came through yesterday, they also brought the girls Easter dresses! I was so thankful and happy as I didn't have any money in the budget to get them some. They looked so adorable. They each looked like a little Alice in Wonderland to me. I struggled to get photos of them after church today. I managed to get these few photos.

Because it snowed this morning
She's just about the only thing that can make me happy about it. Kamryn has been the best baby EVER! She defiantly makes me want to have more babies! Her poop doesn't even smell! Sounds weird but, it's true. I have witnesses who can prove it.
Happy Friday!

Our Sisters Hands
Two weeks ago I was asked by a ward in another stake to photograph womens hands for a video. They were having an enrichment night about the scaredness of the work women do. I was very happy to do this for them. We took more pictures than seen here, these ones are my favorite. I also put them into a slideshow to music. It was very beautiful.

Our Family Favorite Recipe: Salmon Steaks with Hoisin Glaze
Follow the link below for the recipe:
Salmon Steaks with Hoisin Glaze
My girls love this salmon recipe too! You don't have to use salmon steaks, you can also use fillets. I recommend this recipe 100%. (disclaimer: if it comes out dry, it's most likely the fish. I buy US salmon, it's always moist.)

Paintings, Drawings & Photos Oh MY!
Everyone, meet my fridge!! (I think I need a bigger one for all my photos) It's not just taking pictures that I love, I LOVE printing them!
About a month ago, I made this craft at a friends birthday party. Lauryn was very happy to have a specific place to put her master pieces. The clips were found at Wal-Mart.

Microwave
Ever since we moved to our new place in January, I haven't had a microwave. I can hardly remember what it was like to have one. I have gone without one for almost 3 months now and it's not so bad.
Do you have a microwave? If so, how often would you say that you use it?
I am trying to figure out if it is a good investment for me to get one. Also, if you have a mircowave, what kind is it? What kind would you suggest getting?

The Beast
Yesterday I spent most of the day making bread with my girls. They love being in the kitchen with me. As we were adding the ingredients for the bread they started to fight.
Brooklyn: "I want to put in the beast!"
Lauryn: "No, I want to put in the beast!"
Who knew my recipe called for beast!
Lauryn stayed in her pj's all day and Brooklyn went shirtless all day.
I guess it was just one of those days.

Welcome to our Sundy Morning
We ALL slept until 10 AM!
We missed church.
We still had a wonderful Sabath Day being together.
Hopefully we'll make it next week.

Lauryn The Artist
Lauryn LOVES to paint. She started this beautiful masterpiece a couple days ago.
In my excitement I went and made the girls their own art tote. Yesterday I had the worst headache and Bryan let me take a nap. I woke up to Lauryn screaming. Bryan had walked into the kitchen after hearing Kamryn crying, to find her COVERED in PAINT! She even had awesome hand prints on her head.
We sure had a good laugh and Lauryn had a good time out. Painting is now a privilege and if they want to paint, an adult has to be present.
