To Everyone

Please forgive my absence. I have been dealing with and getting tested for different IBS issues. What is IBS? Irritable Bowl Syndrome. Or as Bryan would like to call it, Irresistible Bowl Syndrome. I've been "dealing" with it for 4 years now. It's hard. I am constantly nauseated and I usually spend my evenings in the bathroom.

This last week it got so bad that my wonderful mom came down to help me with my family. She saved me. She took me and the girls home with her for Thanksgiving break so Bryan could finish up some last minute things.

I am now off dairy and gluten. I feel SO much BETTER! I can't believe the difference. It's just very hard to keep up on my calories. Dairy and gluten is in so many things. I had no idea.

I hope to get the December Dinner Menu up some time this week. Sorry it will be late.

Thanks for reading. I hope you all have a wonderful week. I'll leave you with this happy thought. It's a photo of a vintage cross stitch that Bryan's Aunt found. I saw it and fell in love.

I am sorry you're dealing with that! I can't imagine not eating dairy!!! Holy cow. Ryan is lactose intolerant but doesnt do much to help it!! It's amazing how better you can feel with just changing something in your diet. Good luck girl. Oh, I am loving your blog header. Bryan is So talented!!
